At BCW Counselling, we provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and work towards healing. Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. As a fully accredited MNCPS counsellor with advanced training in integrative therapy, I draw from a range of approaches to support you in a way that feels right for you. My goal is to help you navigate life’s ups and downs, build resilience, and empower you to create meaningful, lasting change. Appointments are made directly with me, ensuring a personal and seamless experience.

A Safe & Welcoming Space
Our therapy rooms in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Wiest Moors have been thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, private, and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and freely.
I understand how daunting it can be to take the first step towards counselling - I've been there too. That's why I ensure that every session is approached with warmth, empathy, and respect.
My Story
In my mid-20s, I reluctantly decided to try counselling. At the time, I wasn’t sure it would help, and opening up to someone felt overwhelming. But as the sessions progressed, I realised how much counselling was helping me. It gave me clarity, helped me understand my challenges, gave me an understanding of how things like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can completely change perspectives, and made me feel more confident and in control of my life.

That experience inspired me to retrain as a counsellor so I could help others find the same sense of empowerment and self-understanding.

To further develop my skills, I volunteered at a local hospice in Poole for two years, specialising in bereavement counselling.

In this role, I supported people not just through grief but with a wide range of challenges - relationship struggles, low self-esteem, depression, and parenting concerns. We worked through whatever was weighing them down, and this experience was invaluable.

This experience taught me that the most important thing a counsellor can offer is a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy - something I now bring to my work every day.

As a male counsellor and a parent, I offer a unique perspective that many clients find helpful, particularly when discussing topics such as relationships, self-esteem, and personal challenges. I understand how daunting counselling can feel, which is why I provide a safe, confidential, and welcoming space.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, bereavement, or relationship issues, I’ll work with you at your own pace, helping you find clarity and build confidence.
